Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform paintless dent repair using advanced techniques to remove dents while protecting vehicle surfaces.
  • •Repair hail damage, repair creases and body lines, and address larger dents on both steel and aluminum panels.
  • •Complete PDR work using state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers.
  • •Support customer experience by being able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
  • •Follow safety practices and use required protective equipment while working in inspection/reconditioning environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
  • •Experience using advanced glue-pulling techniques and repairing hail damage, creases, body lines, and larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions, and use required safety equipment.
