Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project set-up and end-to-end design delivery for data centre projects, aligning with programme, budget, and technical requirements.
  • •Coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary consultant teams and lead cross-functional design reviews.
  • •Implement and govern in-house design engineering guidelines and standardised design solutions under the in-house workflow framework.
  • •Control and report project cost and schedule, supporting budgets, forecasts, milestone planning, and change control activities (including contracts, change orders, and invoice approvals).
  • •Provide technical leadership by resolving escalated RFIs, managing technical submittals to closeout, and co-managing commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing for safe handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Corporate member of HKIE in building services/mechanical engineering/electrical engineering (or equivalent) with a design background is preferred.
  • •Strong mission-critical building delivery experience in a multi-disciplinary design environment.
  • •Data centre design experience preferred, or experience with highly serviced building designs in the mission-critical sector.
  • •Familiarity with MEP-driven fit-out works and key technical areas relevant to the data centre industry.
  • •Ability to clearly explain complex technical issues and confidently defend design decisions with senior internal and external stakeholders.
