Build and scale clinical research by establishing the research roadmap, driving end-to-end project execution, and generating evidence through rigorous analysis, causal inference, and experimentation. Lead peer-reviewed publication and presentation efforts to demonstrate Headway’s network impact across payers, providers, and patients. As the first dedicated clinical researcher, collaborate cross-functionally and manage the clinical research budget while formalizing standards for research and experimentation.
