Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and coach for the ultimate customer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Assist store management with training and coaching staff to model LS&CO selling practices and deliver authentic customer service.
  • •Support leadership in maximizing sales opportunities and driving key store initiatives.
  • •Help with operational excellence, including getting products to the floor and supporting visual merchandising.
  • •Help lead a positive, engaging shopping experience for customers while complying with store policies and procedures.

Key Requirements
