Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, support, and maintain Atlassian tools, standards, processes, and deliverables for the engineering data management specialty area.
  • •Define and manage specialty deliverables and support life cycle processes that balance cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • •Develop policies and techniques for gathering and analyzing data, and visualize/analyze Jira Agile/Kanban metrics using JQL, eazyBI (MDX), and Excel VBA.
  • •Facilitate Scrum events and implement Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid) for engineering and software development teams.
  • •Organize training, workshops, and demos on the used tools and remove impediments within the team.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years overall experience in IT / System Engineering technical domain (with an IT technical background such as Software or Computer Science).
  • •Experience with Agile project management tools/processes (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Big Picture, Easy BI) and Agile tools such as Jira/Big Picture/Easy BI or similar.
  • •Experience with data analysis, integration, and reporting from various systems.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills with Chief Engineers, Project Managers, and Work Package Managers (with most communication handled remotely).
  • •Fluent English; ideally basic German or French.
