  • •Oversee workplace services, building systems, lab utilities, maintenance programs, asset reliability, emergency response, and business continuity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or related field (advanced degree or relevant certification preferred).
  • •10+ years of progressive facilities, engineering, real estate, or operations leadership in large multi-site environments (250,000+ sq. ft.).
  • •Experience managing both corporate office and laboratory/R&D facilities, including building systems, lab utilities, capital projects, budgets, vendors, and compliance.
  • •Preferred certifications include CFM, FMP, PMP, LEED AP, CHFM, or PE (CMMS and energy management experience preferred).
  • •Strong leadership and executive presence with ability to balance safety, compliance, cost, service quality, employee experience, and reliability.
