Job Summary

Lead plant finance support by managing real-time ad-hoc analysis, automation of reports, and KPI dashboard creation. Partner with teams on the Annual Operations Plan (AOP), forecast, Pulse, and R&O, while preparing financial records aligned to production volumes. Drive cost-reduction reviews using GL account analysis, support daily scorecards and overhead/labor efficiency reporting, and oversee month-close activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the plant financial planning process and prepare trend analysis by product line versus production levels.
•Prepare and support Annual Operations Plan (AOP), forecast, Pulse, and R&O.
•Provide real-time ad-hoc financial analysis and automate reports and dashboards with KPI.
•Support cost reduction by reviewing top GL accounts (Vallen analysis) and managing related overhead and labor efficiency reporting.
•Support month-close activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, audit requirements, and annual physical inventory.

Key Requirements

•Accountant degree or other administrative areas.
•3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
•Advanced Excel and strong accounting knowledge.
•Advanced English.
•Experience leading and motivating small teams, with strong analysis, organization, teamwork, and integrity.
