Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in a 20-month Academy for Finance program with international virtual rotations.
  • •Rotate through global finance and global commercial finance areas aligned to the sales organization.
  • •Contribute to Citizen Development, process, or product management initiatives to identify improvements to business processes.
  • •Deliver a project focused on business case realization with measurable results.
  • •Engage as a functioning team member across the GFA board area while progressing through four rotations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, accounting, or another finance-focused discipline, with at least some working experience (e.g., internship) in a finance department.
  • •Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to interpret financial data with insights and creative thinking for strategic decision-making.
  • •Comfort using data visualization, dashboards, and automated reporting with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • •Understanding of coding and programming (e.g., Python, C++, JavaScript).
  • •Hackathon and/or project experience, plus a strong AI adoption mindset (agentic AI knowledge is a plus).
