Drive enablement for internal technology initiatives within Harvey’s Technical Program Management team. Own end-to-end enablement strategy for major rollouts—especially internal AI tooling—covering stakeholder alignment, rollout plans, and continuous iteration based on adoption, usage, and feedback. Execute change management activities like communications and training, develop runbooks and documentation, and build dashboards to track technology health, utilization, and ROI across BizTech teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end enablement strategy for major internal technology initiatives, with emphasis on internal AI tooling and related workflows.
•Monitor adoption, usage, and feedback, and iterate on enablement plans, documentation, and training content.
•Plan and execute change management activities (communications, training, office hours) to drive sustained tool and process adoption.
•Build and maintain dashboards and reports providing leadership visibility into technology health, utilization, and ROI.
•Develop process documentation, runbooks, and training materials to support technology onboarding and change management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,200 - 148,800 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in technology-enabled program delivery, technical training, or organization change management.
•A track record leading change across multiple teams or functions through rollout of new tools, workflows, or processes.
•Experience in technology enablement or organization change management, or as a technical trainer, translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
•Ability to design and maintain program documentation or enablement materials as a single source of truth for diverse stakeholders.
•Strong stakeholder management skills partnering with product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams to drive measurable outcomes.
