Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical device characterization to determine electrical failure mechanisms.
  • •Operate fault isolation equipment to narrow down failure defect locations.
  • •Conduct physical failure analysis to identify and classify physical defects.
  • •Work with engineering and reliability groups to root-cause and classify physical defects based on product architecture, process flow, and test sequence.
  • •Prepare and present electrical and physical failure mechanisms weekly, and develop new fault isolation and physical failure analysis techniques while coordinating tool uptime.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science.
  • •Experience conducting electrical failure analysis with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Excellent communication skills to present complex information in large meetings.
  • •Knowledge of fault isolation equipment, techniques, and physical failure analysis (advantage).
  • •Ability to support shift rotation as required for operational needs.
