Job Summary

Lead the planning, management, and delivery of roads and highways design projects across all development stages, overseeing multidisciplinary design teams and providing technical leadership across transportation, utilities, structures, and drainage. Serve as a primary client point of contact, run design workshops and reviews, and coordinate with government entities, developers, and contractors. Manage programmes, resources, budgets, risks, and governance, and support bids and technical proposals to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning, management, and delivery of roads and highways design projects across development stages.
•Oversee multidisciplinary design teams to ensure coordinated, efficient execution.
•Provide technical leadership across highways/transportation, utilities, structures, drainage, and related infrastructure disciplines.
•Act as primary point of contact for clients and lead meetings, workshops, presentations, and design review sessions.
•Manage project programmes, resources, budgets, deliverables, progress, corrective actions, and risks to achieve outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
•Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in roads and highways design and project delivery within an engineering consultancy environment.
•Proven experience managing key stakeholders in a client-facing role.
•Proven experience working with leading international engineering consultancies.
•Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale roads, highways, infrastructure, and land development projects across feasibility/concept through detailed design and construction support.
