Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic sourcing projects covering 500+ parts and develop preferred supplier strategies.
  • •Optimize the supplier base across cost, quality, delivery, safety, sustainability, and compliance.
  • •Ensure continuity and reliability of supply for production and distribution operations.
  • •Build and maintain supplier relationships while driving continuous improvement and performance.
  • •Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Production, and other stakeholders and analyze spend and supplier/market data for fact-based decisions.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of experience in strategic procurement or sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • •Proven experience leading sourcing or cross-functional projects with measurable results.
  • •Experience with supplier management and supplier development, optimizing supplier bases.
  • •Skills in PPAP and Lean Six Sigma tools to drive measurable improvements.
  • •Fluency in English (Danish is a plus), with experience communicating clearly with stakeholders and suppliers.
