Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop robust, maintainable, observable, and scalable backend solutions.
  • •Build and evolve application programming interfaces, automations, and components to improve developer experience.
  • •Analyze processes and data to identify improvement opportunities, simplify manual tasks, and propose sustainable software solutions.
  • •Participate in technical incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis in distributed systems.
  • •Explore and propose solutions based on intelligence/AI models to address real business problems.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid backend development experience with Java, Python, or TypeScript.
  • •Advanced knowledge of software design and architecture, including microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
  • •Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog.
  • •Practical application of software engineering standards and best practices for high availability.
  • •Knowledge of generative AI, including prompting and creation and/or administration of plugins.
