•Serve as strategic partner to country GM and member of the German Country Leadership Team.
•Lead engagement with government officials on legislation, regulation, pricing/reimbursement and other policy initiatives.
•Develop policy positions and strategies including flagship initiatives to improve patient access and business environment.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 8 years related experience with advanced understanding and leadership in healthcare policy developments, local regulatory and HTA processes, and sustainable government contacts.
•University degree is required.
•Languages: German and English fluent.
•Superior strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
•Ability to write, edit and translate policy and business documents clearly and succinctly.
