Job Summary

Deal Desk Analyst based in Paris, responsible for structuring profitable deals, guiding sales teams through the deal cycle, drafting sales orders, and coordinating with Legal, Finance, Revenue Assurance and other partners to ensure compliant, revenue-recognizable transactions that support growth across Western Europe.

Job Function: Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the day-to-day deal approval process and articulate deal value with cross-functional partners
•Guide and counsel the sales teams during the different phases of the deal cycle
•Prepare and draft the sales orders, ensuring validation and finalisation from internal partners
•Interact with internal partners (Legal, Sales Ops, Finance, Revenue Assurance, Business Units, Order Management, Credit, etc.)
•Regularly connect with sales teams to ensure knowledge/application of processes and policy

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business or related field
•Experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations and/or Deal Desk
•Curiosity about deal structuring, sales support, and commercial operations
•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
•Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
