Key Responsibilities

•Lead the analysis and triage of complex issues across applications and internal environments, resolving or reassigning them as appropriate.
•Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack, delivering timely, high-quality solutions to minimize downtime.
•Perform and drive root cause analysis (RCA), ensuring findings translate into durable fixes, knowledge base articles, documentation, or automation.
•Maintain clear communication and coordination with stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
•Own the support backlog end to end, ensuring timely prioritization and resolution.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Senior Support/DevOps or similar role.
•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with strong debugging ability.
•Experience in a technical support function with excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•SQL Server proficiency, ideally Azure SQL, including profiling and analysis.
•Experience with DevOps tooling and practices (CI/CD), Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, and PowerShell; familiarity with Jira and Git; exposure to full-stack development (C# .NET 8+, Angular 18+).
