Job Summary

Provide advanced remote technical support for client security environments by diagnosing and resolving incidents and problems using agreed procedures. Drive incident resolution to restore service while ensuring zero missed SLA conditions through monitoring, recordkeeping, and proactive incident prevention activities. Maintain secure and accurate configuration items (CIs), coordinate with stakeholders and teams to resolve issues, and document and close incidents with continuously updated knowledge articles.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the support process and handle support requests according to procedures.
•Identify, diagnose, and resolve incidents and problems following agreed procedures, escalating when needed until resolved.
•Perform agreed maintenance tasks and apply tools/processes to track, log, and correct information related to configuration items (CIs).
•Monitor service delivery against SLA, analyze service records, and initiate or report actions to maintain or improve service levels.
•Document, close, and support service recovery for resolved incidents; update systems, portals, ticketing tools, and knowledge articles; coordinate with stakeholders to implement remedies and preventative measures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
•Professional-level networking security certification in vendor technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba, BlueCoat, ZeeScaler).
•Seasoned experience with security technologies such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, and Proxy.
•Seasoned experience providing technical support to clients, including remote security support.
•Strong diagnosis and troubleshooting experience, with excellent English and Dutch communication skills.
