Job Summary

Own end-to-end sales operations for OSN’s commercial function across OSN TV, OSN+ streaming, and OSN Advanced CTV. Build client and agency proposals, support scenario-based media planning, manage day-to-day agency and client relationships, and run live campaign reporting and renewal conversations. Coordinate cross-channel processes with ad tech, handle invoicing and financial reporting, and support forecasting accuracy and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and turn around client and agency proposals across OSN TV, Advanced CTV, and OSN+ in coordination with ad tech on specs, pricing, and inventory availability.
•Structure scenario-based media plans, manage rate card application, and support budget recommendations with the Commercial Director.
•Own day-to-day relationships with media agency holding groups and direct clients, serving as the operational point of contact once deals are in motion.
•Manage live campaigns post-booking, including reporting, optimization requests, KPI/performance reporting, and renewal conversations.
•Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, financial reporting, revenue performance tracking by holding group, and support forecast accuracy.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in media/ad operations, account management, or sales operations within digital, broadcast, or streaming media in the UAE/MENA region.
•Proven experience managing top-tier publisher or platform accounts with direct exposure to agency and direct-client relationships.
•Strong knowledge of campaign management, digital ad operations, and ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager).
•Demonstrated ability to manage invoicing, financial reporting, and budget control processes.
•Fluency in English and Arabic (French is an advantage).
