Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage nursing and allied health services while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of quality care.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • •Master’s degree in nursing or a related field such as Healthcare Management.
  • •At least 5 years’ nursing management experience as a Unit Manager, Duty Manager, or Deputy Nursing Director.
  • •Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a nursing field.
  • •Experience applying quality improvement, financial controls, HR policies, project management principles, and knowledge of UAE healthcare regulatory requirements.
