Job Summary

Drive Wise Platform’s correspondent banking growth across APAC by creating and progressing a pipeline of target financial institutions and closing impactful deals. Collaborate with regional and global Wise Platform teams and cross-functional partners such as product management, compliance & legal, implementation, and engineering. Define the proposition and commercial model for the APAC correspondent banking solution, while using deep domain knowledge to improve cross-border remittance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Grow Wise Platform’s correspondent banking volume share with regional banks in APAC.
•Build a strong pipeline of financial institutions and manage the end-to-end sales process.
•Work closely with marketing and product teams to define the proposition and commercial model for the correspondent banking solution in APAC.
•Create and progress a pipeline of target financial institutions and sign impactful deals.
•Partner with Wise Platform teams and other functions (product management, compliance & legal, implementation, engineering) to drive outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 172,000 - 256,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Extensive industry experience with a proven track record engaging C-suite stakeholders at regional banks.
•Correspondent banking expertise, including experience in network management or relationship management within a correspondent banking division.
•Deep understanding of correspondent banking flows, dominant players, and where friction points lie.
•Track record of selling correspondent services, including experience at tier-1 or major regional banking players with APAC networks.
•Commercially oriented sales experience with demonstrated ability to hit targets and independently source deals to build a pipeline.
