Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop data-driven applications for reservoir management software solutions within the domain application software engineering team.
  • •Support deployment and growth of ensemble technology and strengthen customer use for better asset decision making.
  • •Collaborate with new and existing clients to build new applications and solve specific real-world problems.
  • •Enhance and expand the portfolio of applications and create innovative solutions for ensemble modeling and simulation domains.
  • •Own assignments end to end, communicate clearly on delivery status, and treat code reviews as a quality tool.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong Python skills.
  • •MSc. in reservoir engineering, petroleum engineering, or geosciences.
  • •Good understanding of geological processes and reservoir engineering principles for hydrocarbon reservoirs’ static/dynamic behavior.
  • •Good understanding of the full reservoir modelling workflow, including uncertainty, with experience using geomodelling tools and commercial flow simulators.
  • •Working knowledge of Git and a strong software engineering background; knowledge of C#, F#, or JavaScript is a plus.
