Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily aircraft cleaning operations to ensure aircraft are cleaned safely and efficiently to flydubai appearance and service standards. Lead cleaning staff during shift operations, assign duties, monitor performance, and conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections. Ensure compliance with airline procedures, airport regulations, and health & safety requirements, manage cleaning materials/PPE, track turnaround times and KPIs, and support incident investigations and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and direct aircraft cleaning teams during shift operations to ensure cleaning is completed to flydubai standards.
•Allocate staff duties and monitor performance to ensure timely aircraft turnaround.
•Ensure aircraft cabins, galleys, lavatories, seats, carpets, overhead bins, and crew areas meet required appearance standards.
•Conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections to verify aircraft readiness and compliance with appearance standards.
•Ensure compliance with airline procedures, airport regulations, and health & safety standards; monitor cleaning materials/equipment/PPE and report damages, safety hazards, or security concerns; maintain shift reports and records; train and coach staff; set KPIs and support incident investigations when required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years).
•Fluent English; other languages are an advantage.
•2+ years’ relevant experience in aircraft cleaning, aviation services, or housekeeping operations, including 1 year from the aeronautical industry with tasks related to aircraft maintenance; minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
•Knowledge of airport safety and security procedures.
•Basic computer knowledge for reporting and scheduling.
