Flexographic Press Operator

Operate and own a flexographic press to convert raw materials into finished, high-quality printed products. Set up and adjust printing plates and cylinders to precise specifications, monitor ink viscosity and color sequences for “zero-defect” output, and troubleshoot malfunctions using root-cause adjustments. Collaborate to meet production targets while maintaining a safety-first environment, working the 2nd shift schedule.
