Lead fabrication operations on the 2nd shift by supervising an assembly team and driving quality through established processes. Create and improve standard work, manage production metrics (5Alive), train new employees using TWI methods, and monitor deviations and serial number breaks. Ensure error-proofing and quality specification adherence, and develop corrective action plans with the quality team while coordinating daily communication across manufacturing and quality stakeholders.
