Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational support to the Global Markets business with focus on treasury settlement for FX, MM and FX Derivatives.
  • •Ensure correct operation of Global Markets products, including deal validations, affirmations/confirmations, events processing, settlement, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting.
  • •Design and implement operational procedures aligned with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • •Coach staff on daily operations and provide on-the-job training.
  • •Participate in development, testing, and implementation of investment product launches and system enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications.
  • •Proven working experience in operations with good knowledge of Global Markets products preferred.
  • •Understanding of FX, MM and FX Derivatives operations and related requirements.
  • •Ability to work flexi-hours and on public holidays.
  • •Fluency in English and Chinese; Putonghua fluency is an advantage.
