Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complete civil engineering design requirements for assigned projects.
  • •Coordinate efforts between disciplines and work closely with Project Manager/s.
  • •Manage project planning, analysis, design, and engineering drawing production.
  • •Develop quality design documentation under the direction/review of a senior/principal civil engineer or designer.
  • •Mentor and provide guidance to other civil engineers; provide signing and sealing of drawings as required.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience relevant to civil engineering design in a commercial environment and/or consulting.
  • •Road & road alignment design experience.
  • •Traffic modelling design experience, including traffic management and temporary traffic diversion (e.g., VISSIM/VISSUM).
  • •Civil works design experience for drainage, sewer, and water services.
  • •Proficiency with CAD, Revit, and/or MicroStation (CAD/Revit/MicroStation preferred).
