Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance of the facility, equipment, and grounds in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • •Complete daily assignments as scheduled and as directed, including on-site service and repair of equipment.
  • •Collaborate with other departments to support repairs and maintenance activities.
  • •Follow OSHA/EPA and company safe practices on all work assignments, including LOTO, PPE, and good housekeeping standards.
  • •Identify and recommend cost-savings opportunities; may train other employees and fill in as Team Lead if a Tech III is not available.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED with 3+ years maintenance experience, or 5+ years in a related field, or 2-year technical school plus 3+ years’ experience.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and full understanding of PMs.
  • •Proficiency with computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to use CMMS for reports and data entry.
  • •Proven electro/mechanical skills with knowledge of electrical, mechanical, vacuum systems, and robotic systems; ability to troubleshoot to the systems level.
  • •Journeyman’s Card from an accredited apprenticeship program preferred, plus proven communication skills and ability to read prints/technical manuals.
