Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, and update employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring implementation.
  • •Administer HR services accurately and in a timely manner with high quality across transactions.
  • •Monitor and control employees’ data to ensure timely processing and compliance with related policies.
  • •Investigate disciplinary cases, prepare case briefs, and follow up on agreed/decided actions.
  • •Manage employee HR inquiries and grievances, and process and communicate employee action letters while maintaining confidential employee files.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of working experience, including 3 years relevant experience, with 2 years GCC experience as a plus.
  • •Proficient knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in employee relations.
  • •Ability to mediate conflicts, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to employees and managers using strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation to resolve employee grievances fairly.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional HR skills to succeed in the role.
