Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all phases of AI Decisioning use case delivery with Hightouch engineers, customer executives, marketers, and IT stakeholders.
  • •Run design sessions with customers to decide on and document use case requirements and improvements.
  • •Champion delivery and project management excellence by building process playbooks and best practices.
  • •Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate potential project risks.
  • •Partner with customer teams and participate in driving AI Decisioning product strategy by uncovering impactful use cases and recommending campaign adjustments.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with Martech tools/CEMs/CDPs (and related ecosystems).
  • •Ability to travel 10–25% required.
  • •Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
  • •Experience managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first attitude and empathy.
  • •Clear communication in writing and speech, expressing ideas persuasively to stakeholders.
