Key Responsibilities

  • •Autonomously perform routine to moderate levels of cabin/cargo design solution development, analysis, and data integration.
  • •Provide real-time engineering support and recommend design/development modifications for aircraft cabin components and systems.
  • •Lead qualification of cabin and cargo design solutions with supplier oversight to meet engineering principles, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
  • •Review and secure supplier engineering compliance documents (including Qualification Plans, Test Reports, and DDPs) to support technical and airworthiness approval.
  • •Manage component integration and qualification deliverables and drive suppliers to deliver engineering documents; support local process/method/tool improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Engineering of Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • •Minimum 9 years of experience in design, analysis, and systems/structural integration and qualification of cabin interiors, monuments, furnishings, or systems.
  • •Experience reviewing and tracking supplier technical compliance documentation.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft design principles, systems engineering methods, processes, and deliverables.
  • •Authorized to work in the US.
