Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as chief technologist for the business line, guiding technical vision and direction across a large portfolio of EW capabilities.
  • •Refine and manage the product development process from early concept screening through scaled manufacturing and distribution.
  • •Lead and scale a team of chief engineers and systems engineers delivering integrated capabilities to the joint force.
  • •Own technical strategy and vision for the program portfolio, working with leadership on product strategy, positioning, and program capture.
  • •Manage technical execution processes including design reviews, technical and manufacturing readiness reviews, and change control boards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years developing integrated RF solutions across ground, maritime, air, and space domains for the U.S. Department of War and U.S. Intelligence Community.
  • •Experience designing, developing, and testing hardware using FPGA, ARM, x86, and GPU compute architectures.
  • •Deep understanding of Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) architecture, including DSP, model & simulation, SW/FW techniques, and RF/EE/antenna design.
  • •Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
  • •Currently possess and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
