•Serve as chief technologist for the business line, guiding technical vision and direction across a large portfolio of EW capabilities.
•Refine and manage the product development process from early concept screening through scaled manufacturing and distribution.
•Lead and scale a team of chief engineers and systems engineers delivering integrated capabilities to the joint force.
•Own technical strategy and vision for the program portfolio, working with leadership on product strategy, positioning, and program capture.
•Manage technical execution processes including design reviews, technical and manufacturing readiness reviews, and change control boards.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years developing integrated RF solutions across ground, maritime, air, and space domains for the U.S. Department of War and U.S. Intelligence Community.
•Experience designing, developing, and testing hardware using FPGA, ARM, x86, and GPU compute architectures.
•Deep understanding of Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) architecture, including DSP, model & simulation, SW/FW techniques, and RF/EE/antenna design.
•Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
•Currently possess and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
