Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide production lines with production documentation per planning schedule, monitor production progress, and align inventories.
  • •Track and plan rework according to procedures.
  • •Coordinate the flow of used and new pallets efficiently and ensure sufficient packaging materials and labels for production lines (including stock management and ordering).
  • •Ensure materials are delivered on time based on production planning and perform stock corrections in SAP.
  • •Provide operational support to the Bornem Planning Manager, act as a point of contact for production on materials and stock, handle packaging complaints, follow obsolete stock processing, and ensure work is done per safety/legal instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor diploma (e.g., Logistiek/Management Assistant) or equivalent through experience.
  • •A few years of relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • •Knowledge of production planning and/or purchasing raw materials.
  • •Knowledge and ability to analyze inventory/stock management.
  • •Knowledge of SAP is an important plus point; speak Dutch and English.
