Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of Candlelight concerts production, including planning, vendor/staff selection, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • •Create and maintain production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule.
  • •Coordinate and communicate with Project Managers and onsite teams to drive alignment and concert execution.
  • •Optimize production costs and processes when possible.
  • •Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, invoicing, and supporting contract work with the legal department.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Latvian, Lithuanian, or Estonian is a strong plus.
  • •Preferably some experience in the event production industry.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and assemble all parts of a project in an organized, efficient way.
  • •Understanding of technical production requirements.
  • •Currently enrolled in university and comfortable delivering in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
