Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business unit strategy into a prioritized, governed portfolio of change initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership and governance bodies.
  • •Lead execution of the project portfolio by championing investment requests, securing funding/resources, enforcing enterprise procedures, and reporting roadmap/progress/risks/outcomes to senior leadership.
  • •Act as trusted representative to direct project resources, foster collaboration across business units and technology partners, and ensure initiatives follow enterprise program management standards.
  • •Represent the line of business on enterprise strategic projects within the Truist Enterprise Change operating model as a subject matter expert and single point of contact.
  • •Lead a large team of project practitioners and oversee governance by monitoring risks, escalating issues, and maintaining executive reporting (e.g., BURC scorecards).

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus fifteen years of experience in Financial Services, Risk Management, Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • •Deep knowledge and experience in change management design, implementation, execution, and success measurements.
  • •Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategies into operational tactics.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with sophisticated analytical skills to solve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
