Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end payroll processing for employees in India, validating inputs and reviewing data for completeness and accuracy.
  • •Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to process payroll within defined timelines and perform payroll reconciliations and month-end closing support.
  • •Administer employee benefits in India, including enrollment, changes, exits, and ongoing employee support with accurate benefits records and data integrity.
  • •Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies, and support audits by preparing documentation and responding to information requests.
  • •Prepare payroll and benefits reports, analyze data for trends and discrepancies, and support system testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •BBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
  • •2–5 years of relevant experience in payroll and benefits administration in a multinational or complex organization.
  • •Experience managing payroll operations and employee benefits in India.
  • •Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS platforms, including MS Excel and related systems.
  • •Strong understanding of payroll processes, controls, employee data management, and supporting audits, reconciliations, and compliance reporting.
