Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the CHRO and HR leadership team to drive HR strategy and ensure alignment to organizational priorities and business goals.
  • •Prepare executive briefing materials, talking points, presentations, and updates for ELT meetings, board discussions, and town halls.
  • •Offer thought leadership to support best-in-class HR thinking, including AI and other automation/technology opportunities.
  • •Conduct research, analysis, and recommendations on HR trends, metrics, and issues impacting HR strategy or priorities.
  • •Track progress against priorities with HR leadership, remove obstacles, and represent the CHRO’s viewpoint in select forums while communicating back to HR leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, HR, Organizational Development, or related) ideal.
  • •7+ years of experience in a similar or related role, preferably in Human Resources.
