Operate and pack products in the finishing department, owning the production process from setup through final pack. Complete accurate inventory transactions in the MFG-Pro ERP system and use a lift-truck/forklift to move materials, supporting lean manufacturing and waste reduction.

•Run finishing production machines and package products to precise customer specifications.
•Maintain a safe work environment by following EHS procedures and escalating safety issues.
•Follow batch records and standard operating conditions while complying with ISO 13485, FDA, and GMP standards.
•Perform accurate inventory transactions in the ERP system (MFG-Pro) and safely operate a lift-truck/forklift to move materials.
•Collaborate with the team to solve problems, reduce waste, and support lean manufacturing initiatives (ELS).

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED or 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
•Comfort using computers and ERP applications; experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing is a plus.
•Team-first mindset with willingness to adapt, cross-train, and work overtime as needed.
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically throughout your shift.
