Job Summary

Own the global strategy and continuous improvement of the talent acquisition technology ecosystem and vendor partnerships. Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate and implement recruitment tools, ensure compliance through collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Data Privacy, and manage vendor performance. Lead training and enablement by creating guides, FAQs, and communications, perform audits for tool usage and data integrity, and support recruiting operations through an enterprise talent acquisition inbox.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the global strategy for the talent acquisition technology stack.
•Evaluate, implement, and configure talent acquisition tools and technologies while aligning with process and compliance standards.
•Serve as the primary liaison for TA vendors, managing relationships, escalations, and contract/renewal tracking.
•Develop and deliver training and communications to drive adoption of new and existing TA technologies.
•Conduct audits of tool usage, access, and data integrity, maintain a centralized inventory of TA tools, and support operational requests.

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 5 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 3 years experience.
•Experience in talent acquisition operations, HR technology, or vendor management.
•Experience with technology implementation.
•Strong understanding of recruitment technology platforms such as ATS (Workday preferred), CRM, sourcing, and scheduling tools.
•Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts.
