Personal Banker Associate I - Greenwood

Work as a Retail Personal Banker focused on consultative sales to proactively identify and meet customers’ financial needs. During a 4–8 week onboarding and education program, you’ll rotate through operations and Sales & Service and earn certification. In the financial center, you’ll cross-sell retail consumer and small business products, use approved marketing tools to set reviews, process teller transactions, and own client issues while supporting risk and compliance expectations.
