Job Summary

Support, enhance, and optimize SAP solutions for warehouse management and logistics processes. Partner with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, coordinate implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, and provide day-to-day application support and troubleshooting. Lead training and change management for system updates, drive process improvements and automation opportunities, and maintain functional documentation and reporting to improve warehouse and supply chain operations.

•Partner with business teams to identify system needs and document formal requirements aligned with business goals.
•Serve as the primary liaison between business users and IT for implementations, upgrades, and enhancements; resolve system performance issues.
•Lead training and change management through training programs, SOP development, and super user forums to support adoption.
•Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshoot production issues, determine root causes, and deliver solutions or training.
•Review business processes to recommend automation and efficiency improvements; maintain documentation and support reporting requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience in progressive IT roles; or equivalent education and experience.
•Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics execution processes, including SAP WM/LE configuration expertise.
•Proficiency in RF scanning, barcode systems, and label printing, plus experience integrating SAP WM/LE with other modules and third-party systems.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
•Experience with MS Office and LSMW; exposure to SAP EWM is advantageous.
