Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business teams to identify system needs and document formal requirements aligned with business goals.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between business users and IT for implementations, upgrades, and enhancements; resolve system performance issues.
  • •Lead training and change management through training programs, SOP development, and super user forums to support adoption.
  • •Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshoot production issues, determine root causes, and deliver solutions or training.
  • •Review business processes to recommend automation and efficiency improvements; maintain documentation and support reporting requirements.

Salary: USD 75,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience in progressive IT roles; or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics execution processes, including SAP WM/LE configuration expertise.
  • •Proficiency in RF scanning, barcode systems, and label printing, plus experience integrating SAP WM/LE with other modules and third-party systems.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • •Experience with MS Office and LSMW; exposure to SAP EWM is advantageous.
