Key Responsibilities

  • •Review schedules and prepare supplies and PPE before patient visits.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes and perform scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height/weight assessments, urine collection, and support with Annual Wellness Visits.
  • •Use expert phlebotomy skills to make blood draws as comfortable as possible for patients.
  • •Accurately document each visit using Sprinter technology and properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.
  • •Navigate unfamiliar cities and patient service areas independently, managing time and schedules between appointments.

Salary: USD 35 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), with in-home experience preferred.
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • •Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% of the year and work Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
