•Keep informed of new products and services; sales team leaders must continue to develop knowledge of the products and services being offered.
•Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team; assist in the search for the best candidates and take part in the interview process.
•Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team; set daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals and encourage the team to achieve them.
•Prepare Sales Reports; deliver reports to management and monitor team performance and objectives.
•Ability to direct and be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives
