Key Responsibilities

•Own L2/L3 support for Infor SyteLine ERP in an AMS environment, handling incidents, service requests, minor enhancements, and user support for manufacturing ERP processes.
•Develop SyteLine customizations using Infor Mongoose, including complex business logic, event handlers, and user-defined methods.
•Create and maintain T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers to support data management and system enhancements.
•Build integrations between SyteLine and external enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware, including data mapping and data migration routines.
•Provide tier-2/3 troubleshooting, perform UAT and regression testing, manage patching and version upgrades, and ensure SLA adherence for ticket resolution.

Key Requirements

•Design and deploy custom forms, DataViews, and IDOs using the Infor Mongoose development framework.

•Build reporting and analytics using SSRS, SSIS, and Birst/BQL.
•Design and develop integrations between SyteLine and external systems (CRM, MES, WMS) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
