Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain workflow automation solutions using approved automation tools.
  • •Identify manual, repetitive, and operationally intensive processes and recommend automation opportunities.
  • •Document automation workflows, controls, user guides, and operational procedures.
  • •Monitor automation performance to ensure operational stability and business continuity.
  • •Support testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled solutions and projects, ensuring governance and security requirements are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines including engineering, data analytics, or IT.
  • •1–2 years’ experience in data analytics and/or the insurance industry (fresh graduates encouraged).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Power Automate and Power BI.
  • •Experience with software such as Python and AI tools such as Claude or GPT with prompting skills is preferred.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to timely delivery.
