•Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in all tasks to protect personnel and the workplace.
•Maintain rigorous quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
•Collaborate with teammates and support teams to achieve common goals; be willing to ask for and give help.
•Read, write, and speak English; identify required tools and materials; follow detailed work instructions.
•Perform functional testing of aircraft electrical systems and components, troubleshoot aircraft systems, and document results.

Key Requirements

•1+ year experience in a manufacturing, technical, or mechanical field, including experience with basic hand, power, and/or pneumatic tools.
•1+ year experience in electrical assembly and/or electronic materials and in avionics systems troubleshooting.
•Must be able to work variable shifts (first, second, or third) based on business needs.
•1+ year experience following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications, and completing related training/assessments in English.
•Must be able to lift/carry up to 35 pounds; push/pull up to 45 pounds; and reach overhead as required.
