Business Operations Associate

Drive high-priority initiatives and cross-functional projects while partnering with leadership to solve business and product challenges. As BJAK grows, help build new teams, processes, and capabilities, research new markets and opportunities, and improve operations by identifying problems and implementing practical solutions. You’ll work in a fast-moving, problem-solving environment, coordinating across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development.
