Key Responsibilities

•Act as BUV's principal liaison and on-the-ground institutional representative in China, serving as the primary day-to-day contact with agencies and university stakeholders.
•Lead the implementation of BUV's international student recruitment strategy in China and drive enrolment targets.
•Develop and manage a portfolio of market-leading Chinese recruitment agencies and strong partnerships with agency leadership.
•Strengthen and grow BUV's existing partnerships and ensure governance through agency appointment and due diligence processes.
•Supervise and collaborate with the Chinese-speaking International Student Recruitment Officer to support CRM-driven recruitment and agent conversion.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Native or near-native Mandarin proficiency with excellent written and spoken communication skills
•Minimum of five years' experience in international student recruitment/business development in higher education in China
•Strong experience managing B2B partnerships, including student recruitment agency accounts
•Professional proficiency in English (CEFR B2 level)
•Undergraduate degree (2nd class or above, or equivalent)
