Support Sales Operations at the EMEA headquarters near Geneva by coordinating key and value accounts, including sell-through analysis, logistics monitoring, and close-out planning. Key Responsibilities

•Conduct weekly sell-through analysis and adjust open-to-buy plans; monitor logistics data such as service and availability rates.
•Coordinate referencing information and product sheets during sell-in periods; manage samples and follow up after sell-in.
•Support value channel activities including preparing close-out lists, following up on order entry/confirmations, and tracking sell-through on flash sales.
•Maintain referencing master files and monitor close-out inventory weekly; support seasonal close-out strategy definition and prepare sell-in meetings.
•Support sales operations with Columbia Connect and carry out ad hoc analysis and projects, including advanced Excel and Power BI analysis training.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Master’s degree with a strong Sales/business focus (Strategy and Management, Finance, or Business Analytics).
•6-month internship as part of your studies, with full-time availability for the full period and an internship agreement from your school/university.
•Comfort working in an international office environment and having prior internship experience in a similar role.
•Strong analytical, curious, and proactive mindset with the ability to turn Excel-driven insights into actions.
•Full professional fluency in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
