Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft SAT-related documentation to support Analysis, Course Design and Validation functions.
  • •Assist with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using the SAT methodology.
  • •Conduct Course Design in line with recognized SAT procedures.
  • •Research, collate, and analyze information from multiple sources, and analyze customer needs for SAT phases.
  • •Provide SAT guidance and advice to TNA Lead, project support, and technical subject matter experts; produce training outputs and reports in line with UAE SAT QA processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant background in training, education, learning, behavioral and cultural change.
  • •Completed formal SAT Analysis, Course Design and Validation training courses.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience applying and delivering Systems Approach to Training, preferably ESAT and Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) with associated quality standards.
  • •Knowledge of current training methods and media, including Computer Based Training (CBT), multimedia, simulation and Virtual Reality (VR).
  • •Experience as a training consultant outside the Defense sector and/or working with translators is desirable but not essential.
