Accurately assess and document vehicle cosmetic and mechanical conditions to support appraisals and inventory decisions. Ensure correct optioning, complete vehicle confirmations, and resolve discrepancies while working with Buyers, Senior Buyers, and Purchasing Managers. Capture high-quality images for CarMax websites and help prepare wholesale auctions. Assist with lot merchandising and inventory management, collaborate with teammates, support onboarding, and follow EH&S requirements in a clean, orderly work area.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct accurate vehicle assessments and document cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
•Ensure accurate optioning and inventory updates based on vehicle assessments.
•Perform high-quality imaging for wholesale vehicles and support wholesale auction preparation and operations.
•Complete vehicle secures and confirmations by verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies.
•Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, lot merchandising, onboarding, and follow EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 27.2 hourly
